| 1978 | Company moves to Leonberg. |
| 1985 | Company moves to Ehningen. |
| 1991 | Computer Aided Engineering used for the first time. |
| 1998 | Supply of ovens to Taiwan, Australia and Mexico. |
| 2000 | Company moves to Gärtringen to its own buildings with a production area of over 1000 sq. m. |
| 2000 | 25 years of GFO Filter- und Oberflächentechnik F.Götz GmbH. |
| 2001 | Ovens supplied to China, record turnover achieved. |
| 2001 | Ovens supplied to Australia. |
| 2002 | First systems delivered to the USA. |
